Malldotcom Returns & Exchanges Policy

At malldotcom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.
1. Standard Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Holiday Exception: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
2. Condition of Returned Items (Return Eligibility)
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, accessories, and packaging intact, unless the item is being returned due to a defect or damage.
A. Items that MUST be Unopened/Sealed:
Software, video games, and DVDs/Blu-rays.
Collectibles and trading cards.
Health, personal care, and beauty products with a hygienic seal.
B. Items that CANNOT be Returned (Non-Returnable/Final Sale):
Digital downloads, gift cards, and pre-paid cards.
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) and personalized/custom-made items.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
Items without the original packaging or tags (unless defective).
3. Refunds, Exchanges, & Store Credit

Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges: Will be processed and shipped out upon receipt and inspection of the original item. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To ensure a smooth process, all returns must be initiated through our online Returns Portal:
Log in to your malldotcom account or use the "Start a Return" link in your order confirmation email.
Select the items you wish to return and the reason.
Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Package the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Ship the package using the provided label to the designated returns center.
5. Category-Specific Return Exceptions
As a major retailer, certain product categories have different return requirements:

Electronics (TVs, Laptops, Phones) 30 days Must be factory reset and must include all original accessories and user manual.
Jewelry & Watches 30 days Must have the original security tag and/or seal intact.
Major Appliances & Furniture 7 days for concealed damage; 30 days for non-defective items. Customer must inspect for damage upon delivery and refuse the shipment if visible damage is present. Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges.
Apparel & Shoes 45 days Must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item:
Contact our Customer Service Team immediately (within 3 business days of delivery).
Provide your Order Number, a description of the issue, and a clear photograph of the damage or defect.
We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
